Experience
Mr. Buscarino has over twenty-five years experience in the development
of technology solutions in real estate projects.
In 2002, Mr. Buscarino co-founded The Clarient Group to focus on the
holistic implementation of technology solutions for projects of all types.
Since then, The Clarient Group has become a leader in the development
of Integrated Building Technology solutions to a wide variety of world
class clients seeking to maximize their technology investment.
Mr. Buscarino began his career in 1979 at Cosentini Associates as an
electrical designer. In 1985, he joined Hazeltine Corporation as a design
engineer supporting the Microwave Landing System (MLS) development
program. Mr. Buscarino oversaw the design and development of the
remote control and status unit (RCSU) which included microprocessor
systems, fiber optic and analog interfaces, custom membrane switches,
liquid crystal displays, and other data interfaces.
In 1987, Mr. Buscarino returned to Cosentini Associates to create and
head the firms Information Technologies Division. Under his direction,
the division grew to over 50 professionals, in 6 offices offering
telecommunications, audiovisual and security consulting and design
services to clients worldwide constituting millions of square feet of
state-of-the-art voice, data and video systems solutions.
Mr. Buscarino’s project management style is to reinforce team approach
throughout development efforts. He supports and solicits input from
team members at all levels. He communicates effectively with clients to
identify needs and evaluate optional ideas and strategies, and strives
for a balance among theory, applications, and systems.
Whether in the role of President, Engineer, PM or SME, he provides
technical support through definition and positioning, and suggests
alternative solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently. Mr.
Buscarino has excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal
skills, as well as a methodical, strategic and hands-on approach to
problem solving, as evident in TCG’s many out-of-the-box project
solutions.
As a member of InfoComm's Integrated Buildings Task Force and Info-
Comm 100, Mr. Buscarino is helping to drive greater integration of
technology systems through the development of best practices and
standards, ultimately providing reduced costs and greater efficiency
for property owners.
Mr. Buscarino continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction
and deepen client contact. As President of The Clarient Group, he
maintains lasting client relationships and continually ensures TCG staff
consistently deliver superior technical solutions to all clients. |
